Apple Mountain handles the ceremony and the reception on one property, so you're not splitting your wedding between two zip codes. No shuttle buses. No "meet us at the other place at 6." Everyone is already here.

We accommodate weddings up to 200 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces. Your people stay in our 96 two-bedroom suites right on property. That means the whole weekend becomes the wedding, not just Saturday afternoon. Friday night rehearsal dinner, Saturday ceremony and reception, Sunday brunch before everyone heads out. All of it happens here.

Want a golf tournament the morning before the wedding? We've got 18 holes managed by GreatLIFE Golf. Shotgun starts available. Your wedding party tees off at 8, your rehearsal starts at 5, and nobody drove anywhere in between. Our coordination team handles catering logistics, layout planning, setup, and breakdown so you can focus on the day itself.

Load the van on Monday morning and be here by lunch.

Set up your main sessions in configurable meeting space with full AV. Break into smaller rooms for working groups. Between sessions, your team plays a round of golf, shoots baskets, hits the tennis court, tries mini golf, or just hangs out by the pool. The point is they stop thinking like coworkers sitting in rows and start thinking like a team that actually knows each other.

Everyone stays on-site in two-bedroom suites, not crammed into tiny hotel rooms. When the day wraps up, the fire pit is a better spot for real conversation than any hotel lobby bar. We'll coordinate room blocks and meals and handle the logistics so you can focus on the content.

Common Questions

For weddings, 12 to 18 months out is ideal. Popular weekends in spring and fall book early. For corporate retreats and conferences, 3 to 6 months gives us enough time to plan everything properly. Masterminds and smaller groups can often book with 4 to 6 weeks notice depending on availability.

Yes. We offer full-service catering coordination through our on-site banquet kitchen. We'll work with you on menus for every meal of your event. Outside catering can be arranged if you have a specific vendor you want to use.

25% deposit to reserve your date. 50% due 90 days before the event. Remaining balance due 30 days before. We'll walk through all of this in detail when we put your proposal together.

Yes. We have 96 two-bedroom suites on property. Cabin suites are 826 square feet and Presidential suites are 1,312 square feet. Group rates are available when you book a room block for your event. This is one of the biggest advantages of hosting here. Your guests are steps from the venue, not driving back to a hotel.

Yes. GreatLIFE Golf manages the 18-hole course (par 72, 6,227 yards). Shotgun starts are available for groups. We can coordinate a golf tournament as a standalone event or as an add-on to your wedding, retreat, or conference.

Clarkesville sits in the North Georgia mountains at about 1,500 feet. Average temperatures: January 28-49F, April 45-70F, July 64-85F, October 45-72F. Spring and fall are the most popular seasons for events. We have rain plans available for all outdoor events, with indoor backup space that handles the same capacity.
