Most wedding venues hand you a pretty room and wish you luck. Apple Mountain hands you an entire resort. Your guests sleep where they celebrate, in one of 96 two-bedroom suites right on property. No shuttles, no designated drivers, no one missing the after-party because they had to drive back to a hotel 20 minutes away.

We have 40,000 square feet of event space. Largest in Habersham County. Indoor ceremony, outdoor ceremony, ballroom reception, cocktail hour by the pool, farewell brunch the next morning. All of it happens without anyone getting in a car. Mountain views and a golf course give you more photo backdrops than you'll know what to do with. And because the whole property is yours for the weekend, it stops being a wedding day and turns into a full weekend with the people you actually want to spend time with.

The Ceremony

Say Your Vows With Mountains Behind You

Your ceremony happens with the Blue Ridge foothills as the backdrop. The outdoor lawn holds up to 300 guests with mountain and golf course views in every direction. If you want indoor, we have the same capacity inside with floor-to-ceiling windows so you don't lose the scenery.

There's a dedicated bridal suite for day-of prep. Hair, makeup, mimosas. All on property, steps from where you'll walk down the aisle. No cramped hotel room across town, no frantic Uber ride to the venue 45 minutes before the ceremony. You get ready and get married in the same place.

The Reception

40,000 Square Feet. Your Way.

The ballroom seats up to 250 for a seated dinner and opens up larger for cocktail-style receptions. It's dividable, so whether you have 80 guests or 200, it feels right. Not like you're rattling around in a gymnasium. Full catering kitchen on-site means food comes out hot. Not reheated from a van in the parking lot.

Dance floor, lighting, and sound are all included, so your DJ or band plugs in and goes. No nickel-and-diming on AV rentals. The space is yours to lay out however you want. Head table by the windows, sweetheart table in the center, cocktail lounge in the corner. We'll work with you and your planner to make it fit your headcount.

The Full Weekend

Friday to Sunday. All On Property.

The best mountain weddings aren't one-day events. Rehearsal dinner Friday night, ceremony and reception Saturday, farewell brunch Sunday morning before everyone heads home. Three days where your family and friends are actually together, not scattered across town in different hotels, only showing up for the four-hour window on Saturday.

All 96 suites are on property, so nobody drives. Your college roommates end up at the fire pit with your aunts, the groomsmen play 18 holes the morning of the wedding, and kids are in the pool while parents are at the welcome dinner. That's the difference between Apple Mountain and a barn venue with a parking lot. Your guests are part of the whole thing, start to finish, for three days straight.

Your Bar, Your Way

Every package includes beer and wine bar service. Want a full cocktail bar with liquor? Bring your own spirits and we'll connect you with a mobile bartending partner who handles the rest. You pick the drinks, your bartender mixes them, and there's no markup on alcohol. Buy exactly what you need and keep the leftovers. Most couples spend less this way than they would at a venue that marks up every drink.

Pick your spirits, build your signature cocktails, and choose the beer and wine list. It's your wedding, your bar should match.

We Coordinate

Our events team handles logistics, vendor introductions, bar setup, glassware, and ice. You don't have to figure any of it out.

Yes. We have 96 two-bedroom suites on property with group rates available through a room block. Your guests are steps from the venue, so there are no shuttles, no designated drivers, and no one leaving early because they have a 30-minute drive back to a hotel.

Yes. Bring your own florist, photographer, DJ, planner. Whatever you need. We also have a preferred vendor list if you want recommendations for people who already know the property.

Every outdoor ceremony has a same-capacity indoor backup. We monitor weather and make the call with you. You'll never be stuck scrambling for a tent at the last minute.

12-18 months for peak weekends (fall), and 6-12 months for spring/summer. Some off-peak dates are available with shorter notice, but fall foliage season (September through November) is always the first to go.

25% to reserve your date, 50% due 90 days before, and the balance due 30 days before. We'll walk through all of this in detail when we put your proposal together.

Mountain View includes a day-of coordinator, while Summit and Grand Estate include more hands-on coordination. Grand Estate gives you full planning support from booking through day-of. Someone who knows the venue, knows the vendors, and keeps everything on track so you don't have to.
