15 people for The Day Trip and The Offsite packages. Full property buyout starts at 20 rooms. We're built for groups, not individuals. If you have fewer than 15, give us a call anyway and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. The Full Buyout package gives your company exclusive use of all 96 rooms, every meeting space, the pool, the golf course, and the entire grounds. No other guests on property. This is one of our biggest advantages over larger resorts that can't offer this.
Projectors, screens, microphones (wired and wireless), speakers, and whiteboards are included in every package. Wi-Fi runs across the full property. If you need specialized AV beyond what we have, we'll coordinate with a local vendor and include it in your proposal.
All meals are included in every package. We coordinate catering through our on-site banquet kitchen. Family-style or buffet for most meals, plated service available. We handle dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests. You can also upgrade to a chef's table dinner or an off-site dinner at Harvest Habersham.
3 to 6 months out is ideal for the best date selection. Fall books first because of the mountain foliage. We can sometimes accommodate groups with 4 to 6 weeks notice depending on availability.
90 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Straight shot north on I-985 / US-23. No mountain passes, no winding roads. We can arrange charter van or bus airport shuttles as an add-on for your group.
25% deposit to hold your dates. 50% due 60 days before. Final balance 14 days before. Cancellations 90+ days out get a full refund minus deposit, or 100% credit toward a future date. Under 30 days, no refund but we'll work with you on rebooking.
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and allergy-specific menus are all available. Just include dietary needs in your inquiry and we'll build it into the menu planning.
