No. We host business masterminds, corporate leadership retreats, coaching groups, wellness retreats, yoga retreats, team offsites, and private gatherings. If you have a group of 10 to 80 people and you need everyone under one roof with meeting space and meals handled, we're built for you.
Yes. Our Summit package includes full exclusive use. No other guests on property for the duration of your retreat. It's one of the biggest advantages of Apple Mountain over larger resorts that can't or won't offer this.
For the best selection of dates, 3 to 6 months out is ideal. Fall (October and November) and late spring book first because of the weather and foliage. We can sometimes accommodate groups with 4 to 6 weeks notice depending on availability. Book 120+ days out and you'll get 10% off the base package rate.
25% deposit to hold your dates. 50% due 60 days before. Final balance 14 days before. Cancellations 90+ days out get a full refund minus deposit, or 100% credit toward a future date. Under 30 days, no refund but we'll work with you on rebooking.
96 two-bedroom suites. Cabin suites are 826 square feet with a full kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms. Presidential suites are 1,312 square feet with upgraded finishes. These aren't cramped hotel rooms. Your attendees will be comfortable.
All meals are included in every package. We coordinate catering through our on-site banquet kitchen. Family-style or buffet for most meals, plated service available too. Dietary accommodations handled. You can also add a chef's table dinner or an off-site dinner at Harvest Habersham (farm-to-table, 15 minutes away) as an upgrade.
90 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Straight shot north on I-985 / US-23. No mountain passes, no winding roads. We can arrange airport shuttle service for your group as an add-on.
