You stay in a two-bedroom suite on the property, walk to the pro shop, play 18, eat at the clubhouse, and do it again the next morning. The course is right here. So is the pool, the fitness center, and dinner.
Your buddies trip is going to be planned by someone. We would rather it be us so you can focus on the round.

Par 72 routed through hardwood forest, ridges, and creek crossings. Bentgrass greens. Managed by GreatLIFE Golf. The course rewards a smart short game more than raw distance, which is the only reason most of our guests still beat their friends.
Tee times for retreat guests are coordinated by our team. You show up, your group is on the sheet, you go play.

Two-Bedroom Suites
Every unit on property is a two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living area. Pair up your foursome and split the cost. Better than a $300 hotel room.
Buyout Capacity
Need the whole resort for a corporate trip, a wedding weekend, or a member event? We can take groups up to 300 with full property buyout.

The $995 rate is based on double occupancy with at least 4 golfers booking together. Smaller groups can still book at a slightly different rate. We will give you the exact number when you send us your dates.
Yes. On both full days of your retreat you can play up to 36 holes per day if the schedule allows. Practical reality is most people play 18 in the morning and either play another 18 or hit the pool. Carts and range access are bundled in either way.
The welcome reception on arrival is included. Other meals are not in the base $995 rate. Your suite has a full kitchen, and the clubhouse handles breakfast and lunch on site. We can also bundle catered group meals into a custom quote if you want everything pre-paid.
Sure. Non-golfers stay at a different rate since they are not using the golf bundle. Plenty to do on property. Pool, hot tub, fitness center, mini golf, disc golf. Anna Ruby Falls, Helen, and the Habersham wineries are all 20 to 30 minutes away.
Spring and fall weekends fill up first, sometimes 4 to 6 months out. Summer and weekday windows are usually open inside a month. Send us a date range with one or two backup options and we will tell you what is real.
Clarkesville, GA. About 90 minutes north of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson and 38 minutes from Gainesville. Drive in. Habersham County Airport is 14 miles out for private planes. Once you are here, the course, the suite, and the clubhouse are all on the same property.
