What's included in the monthly rate?
Furnished unit, resort amenity access (pool, fitness, hiking, tennis, disc golf, mini golf), on-site parking, and access to the 18-hole golf course. Utilities and internet vary by unit and term length. We'll confirm specifics on your tour or call.
How long are the leases?
Flexible 6 to 12 month terms. Longer stays may unlock better monthly rates. We do not do month-to-month.
Can I bring my pet?
Pet policy is handled on a case-by-case basis. Let us know what you have when you reach out and we'll work through it.
Is the resort really open year-round?
Yes. The weather changes a lot across seasons, which is half the point of living here. Pool operates seasonally. Everything else runs all year.
Can I tour before I apply?
Absolutely, and you should. Fill out the form above and we'll set up an in-person or virtual tour. If you already know what you want, you can apply directly through our portal.
How does the application process work?
You apply through our RentCafe portal. Standard credit and background check. Once approved, we work out a move-in date that fits your schedule.
